We are looking to hire a key member of our Manufacturing team at our Niort location. The Title is Manufacturing Operator/Technician.**Key Responsibilities**
- In charge of one or more stages of the manufacturing process, the Manufacturing Operator / Technician is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the equipment and the smooth running of operations, particularly in terms of safety, quality and compliance. of the environment.- The main responsibilities are summarized below (non-exhaustive list):
- Operates and monitors the production and packaging facilities for the finished product while respecting manufacturing procedures and operating methods.
- Respects manufacturing standards (cycle times and yields).
- Analyzes, reports and deals with operating anomalies and process deviations.
- Identifies technical malfunctions and carries out first-level maintenance and may be required to draft the associated work request, according to established programs and instructions.
- Informs his Supervisor of any malfunction observed.
- In a 5S dynamic, maintains the cleanliness of his workstation and all the production equipment he uses.
- Occasionally participates in the reception of raw materials.
- Suggests improvements and may be required to participate in their implementation.
- Applies safety rules (wearing PPE, HSE&S procedures, etc.) and has full authority to remind anyone of them.
- Applies rules related to quality, safety and environmental protection in all interventions.
- Reports any anomaly related to safety or the environment to his or her manager or management and draws up the associated incident sheet.
- Has full authority to stop equipment showing malfunctions that could have consequences on his safety, his health as well as that of his colleagues, and on the environment.
- Participates in risk analyzes and drafting job descriptions.
- Sorts and disposes of waste.
- Deposits and decommits the installations in his charge.
- Participates in fire drills.
- Supports and intervenes in the event of an emergency and when the Internal Operation Plan (POI) is triggered
- Ensures control of the quantitative and qualitative conformity of finished products and those being manufactured.
- Applies quality instructions, reports any anomalies and suggests improvements.

**Required Skills**:

- Titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau Bac + 2 Chimie ou Bac pro en industrie des procédés ou expérience équivalente dans la conduite de procédés industriels.
- CACES 3 souhaité.
- La connaissance du pack Office et du logiciel SAP est un plus.
- Rigueur dans le respect des consignes et des règles de sécurité.
- Sens du travail en équipe.
- Capacité d’adaptation et de polyvalence.
