The mission of the CMO End Users Contract Organization is to promote and support Aperam’s offer towards customers in various sectors such White and Consumer goods, Mobility.
The job of **Technical Customer Support and Development****:
- Support mobility customers and our commercial network in all technical aspects of our cooperation. Be the link between the customer, sales, operations and quality. (Technical requirements, claim handling, quality improvement, product optimisation,)
- Understand the market dynamics in terms of customer needs (product, service, technical evolution and pricing), value chain and competitive environment
- Build product offers against customer RFQs in support of the S&S sales network and for key accounts
**Profile**
- Educated as an Engineer (materials science preferred) to be able to discuss with experts and understand the value creation for our clients
- Experience in Project Management, and ability to manage matricial, transversal teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with creativity
- Strong communication and language skills: English + another Aperam language (eg. German, Italian, French, Dutch)
- Team player ; ability to build both internal and external networks in a partnership mindset (transversal team works with a wide diversity of departments and international cultures within & outside Aperam)
The position can be located in Isbergues (France), Genk (Belgium) or Gueugnon (France).
