**Junior Project Manager**, votre travail consistera à suivre au quotidien les projets immobiliers financés et en cours de developpement afin de garantir qu'ils soient livrés à temps et produisent les résultats escomptés. Vous serez le contact de référence pour tout ce qui concerne l'organisation et le calendrier de réalisation des projets immobiliers.
**Votre mission**:
- Analyser et suivre les projets immobiliers financés (promotions immobilières et opérations de marchands de biens). Contribuer au développement commercial de l'entreprise par le développement de son portefeuille et l'acquisition directe et indirecte de nouveaux clients. Contribuer à la réalisation des objectifs de l'entreprise par la réalisation de ses objectifs commerciaux qualitatifs et quantitatifs. Analyser les opérations proposées, en exprimant un avis sur leur qualité et leur faisabilité. Assurer une communication constante avec les promoteurs et suivre à mínima sur une base mensuelle les opérations qui vous sont attribuées. Superviser la production du rapport trimestriel destiné aux investisseurs et signaler toute situation anormale (délais de publication et contenu publié). Signaler immédiatement les situations critiques ou problématiques concernant les projets immobiliers financés et en cours de développement. Vous serez responsable de l'obtention de toute la documentation qui pourrait être demandée par l'analyste des risques necessaire pour effectuer son analyse.
**Vos responsabilités**:
- Rechercher et élaborer des stratégies d'investissement immobilier en évaluant les tendances actuelles du marché.- Proposer les services de l'entreprise aux promoteurs immobilier, ainsi qu'à d'autres acteurs éventuellement intéressés.- Identifier de nouveaux promoteurs et marchands que notre réseau d’investisseurs serait susceptible de financer.- Analyser les données sur les projets analysés- Vérifier le respect des exigences de la réglementation en vigueur et de la structure organisationnelle de l'entreprise dans le cadre des projets proposés.- Produire un rapport détaillé sur les operations analysées afin qu'elles puissent être utilisés par l'associé en immobilier pour être présenté au comité d'évaluation.- Se tenir au courant des tendances du marché et des nouvelles opportunités d'investissement- Fournir des informations et des données en temps opportun et de manière efficace.- Collaborer avec les gestionnaires de fonds et les professionnels du secteur.- Vérifier l'avancement des projets immobiliers financés, maintenir un contact direct au moins mensuel avec les promoteurs, et préparer des rapports internes sur la base des informations fournies par les promoteurs.- Vérifier l'état d'avancement des projets immobiliers financés en préparant des rapports trimestriels sur la base des informations fournies par les promoteurs, pour la publication aux investisseurs.- Partager les informations recueillies sur le marché avec l'équipe et contribuer à la création de nouveaux axes de développement commercial.- Convenir des objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs avec le Real Estate Manager.
