- Lead annual asset planning process for the business
- Streamline the businesses’ supply planning, scheduling and raw material planning working process in conjunction with new systems/tools implementation
- Supply Chain Systems Implementation by mobilizing resources inside and outside the business:
- Identify and reconcile business needs with system functioning design
- Data gathering and verification
- Organize end user testing
- Facilitate end user training
- Design and lead Hypercare after go-live
- Other required activities relevant system implementation
- Design and execute master data governance mechanism globally
- Find out quick hits opportunities for Supply Chain working efficiency and effectiveness improvement, lead the optimization
- Leverage business and supply chain analytic best practice from other business lines, adapt the tools to the business
- Change management during new system and process implementation, promote continuous improvement culture in the organization
**Competencies**:
- Extensive knowledge and deep understanding of latest supply chain systems/tools/processes
- Strong project management skill
- Communication and influence capability
- Anticipates and responds quickly to changes
- Constantly challenges status-quo in the pursuit of business growth
- Reinforces a resilient can-do mentality and pushes for bold actions to deliver on commitments and overcome roadblocks
- Demonstrates courage to make decisions and manages conflicts to move things forward and drive execution
- Strong collaboration skills required.
**Qualifications**
- BS/BA Supply Chain, business, or technical field is required
- 5 - 10 years Supply chain/manufacturing experience with significant interface as part of teams, leading teams, or working cross-cultures preferred.
- SAP/ERP competency / working knowledge strongly preferred
