**Mission**:
Ce recrutement intervient dans le cadre du **programme "Éducation et Territoires"** (E&T).

E&T vise une **transformation systémique du premier cycle universitaire** : personnalisation des parcours, prise en compte des réformes, sensibilisation à l’entreprenariat étudiant, à la Recherche de manière précoce, aux objectifs de développements durables, appui à la formation. De plus, E&T désire **amplifier l’ancrage territorial de l’Université dans la région** Lorraine en renforçant les dispositifs existants. Enfin, le programme a pour ambition de **développer les actions de médiations scientifiques** notamment au sein des établissements ruraux de niveau collèges et lycées. Dans ce cadre, le programme E&T s’appuie sur un chef de projet opérationnel qui coordonne le suivi des actions pilotées par les responsables de chaque volet.

Rattaché.e hiérarchiquement à la **Direction de la Formation**, vous êtes responsable du lien fonctionnel avec le/la chargé/e de mission E&T, le vice-président en charge de la formation et responsable politique du projet. Vous assurez un **pilotage opérationnel du projet** et des relations avec les composantes de formation et avec les directions centrales. En ce sens, vos activités consisteront à:

- Coordonner avec la responsable scientifique du projet E&T et proposer d'éventuels aménagements, changements
- Assurer la bonne gestion administrative et financière du projet avec l'appui des services compétents de l'Université de Lorraine et composantes de formation impliquées.
- Être en appui de l'ensemble des acteurs du projet pour assurer une exécution au plus près des engagements pris, notamment en termes de calendrier
- Piloter la contractualisation de ces projets en s'appuyant sur les services adaptés
- Animer la communauté des partenaires du projet et des personnels impliqués dans le programme
- Assurer le reporting régulier du projet auprès des instances de pilotage du projet et de LUE et tenir à jour les indicateurs
- Assurer la coordination et le pilotage de l’évaluation des actions mises en place dans le cadre du programme

Le programme E&T étant intrinsèquement lié à la formation, vous aurez également pour mission, dans un second temps, en plus des activités de project manager, de piloter des missions ponctuelles liées à l’émergence de projets transverses en formation au sein de l’Université.

**Profil**:
Vous avez des compétences en pilotage de projets complexes à plusieurs volets ainsi que dans l'animation d'un collectif. Vous maitrisez les outils numériques classiques. Vous avez une bonne connaissance de la formation à l'Université, une expérience dans le milieu universitaire serait appréciée. Vous vous exprimez aisément à l'écrit comme à l'oral.

Vous saurez être rigoureux, rigoureuse, organisé.e et faire preuve de curiosité et d'ouverture d'esprit dans l'exercice de vos missions.

Vous êtes doté.e d'un excellent relationnel avec un esprit d'équipe.
