**Accounting Assistant**

**The role**:
Taster est à la recherche d'un(e) assistant(e) comptable pour rejoindre ses équipes au bureau de Paris sous la responsabilité du Finance Manager. Le poste est une excellente opportunité de rejoindre une start-up au centre de Paris avec un scope de travail à dimension internationale dans un environnement jeune et dynamique.

**Responsabilités**:

- Gestion des factures et paiements fournisseurs
- Gestion des notes de frais/ dépenses cartes professionnelles
- Rapprochements bancaires
- Réconciliation des relevés fournisseurs
- Préparation des relevés et factures licenciés
- Préparation des reporting comptables mensuels
- Assistance à la préparation d’analyses financières diverses
- Aide à la préparation des déclarations fiscales et autres formalités obligatoires
- Participation active aux projets d’uniformisation et d’optimisations des process, notamment sur les nouveaux pays

- Au sein de l’équipe Finance, vous cherchez à comprendre et maîtriser tous les aspects de vos tâches (comptables/financiers + opérationnels/commerciaux/tech /etc), puis vous saurez prendre le recul nécessaire afin de proposer des améliorations ou évolutions.
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre proactivité, organisation, sens du détail et la qualité de votre communication.
- Vous êtes animé par la Food et aimez partager des moments de convivialité

**Requis**:

- Diplômé d’un Bac+4/5 ou supérieur en Finance/Contrôle de gestion/Comptabilité
- Vous justifiez d’une expérience au sein d’un service financier, idéalement avec un passage en start-up
- Vous maîtrisez l’anglais, l’espagnol est un plus
- Vous avez une bonne maîtrise d’Excel/Google Sheet et autres outils G-suite
- Optionnel : vous êtes familier avec Netsuite, Procurify, Hubdoc, Spendesk, Tipalti, Xero

Taster is looking for an Accounting Assistant to join its teams in the Paris office under the responsibility of the Finance Manager. The position is an excellent opportunity to join a start-up in the centre of Paris with an international scope of work in a young and dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Management of supplier invoices and payments
- Management of expense reports/ business card expenses
- Bank reconciliations
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Preparation of statements and invoices for licensees
- Preparation of monthly accounting reports
- Assistance in the preparation of various financial analysis
- Assistance in the preparation of tax returns and other mandatory formalities
- Active participation in process standardisation and optimisation projects, particularly in new countries
