IT Manager

CordenPharma International (CPI) acts as the management company of the CordenPharma Group. In addition to the Executive Leadership Team, CPI has central functions such as Sales & Marketing, Legal, HR and Corporate Development, which work for the CordenPharma Group across locations and at an international level.

We are looking for an IT Manager as soon as possible.
- **SUMMARY **_

**Responsabilities include**:

- Lead, mentor and develop the local IT-team, to ensure we deliver effective support to the business.
- Plan, execute, and manage IT projects, such as system upgrades, new implementations, and digital transformation initiatives, within budget and on-time.
- Budget planning and procurement of all Servers, PCs, printers, telecommunication equipment, for the sites.
- Ensure the security of the IT-infrastructure, according to the industry best practice, with guidance from our IT-Security team.
- Ensure IT systems and infrastructure adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements, including GxP (Good Practice) guidelines, and CSV requirements.

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- 5 years of management experience; or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and management.
- Ability to collaborate at business level in French and English.
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and within the IT-team.

- Project Management: Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of ITIL processes, and preferably pharmaceutical IT systems.
- Regulatory Acumen: Thorough knowledge of regulatory frameworks specific to the pharmaceutical industry.
- Problem Solving: Adept at troubleshooting, identifying solutions, and implementing new technologies that support business objectives.
