**Poste**:
La mission principale du site manager consiste dans le pilotage et la coordination des opérations sur site.
A ce titre il intervient lors de l'exploitation mais aussi, en amont, lors des phases de préparation et de travaux.
Le site manager a un rôle clé puisqu'il est le point de contact privilégié des responsables de Paris 2024 sur site.
**Vos mission principales en tant que Site manager**:
En phase Préparation & Travaux:
En qualité de gestionnaire de site:
Vous mettez en place et organisez au quotidien la base-vie sur site:
- Gérer les besoins du site et du chantier (consommables, engins, outillages et petit équipement),
- Superviser et coordonner les opérations logistiques des équipements, en accord avec le responsable logistique du projet (livraisons et reprises,)
- Coordonner les besoins de stockage sur site,
- identifier les éventuels dysfonctionnements et les faire remonter au responsable des opérations projet.
En qualité d'animateur d'équipe:
Vous réalisez les réunions/briefings du début de journée avec tous les intervenants sur site et sensibilisez les équipes, sous-traitants et client aux problématiques de RSE.
Vous êtes garant des reportings internes et externes remontés au Directeur des opérations
Vous êtes le garant sur site du respect du planning (en collaboration avec le chef de projet) et du bouclier administratif: déclaration des informations administratives pour chacun des intervenants sur site (en collaboration avec le responsable des opérations).
En qualité de référent sécurité:
Vous vous assurez du respect des règles de sécurité sur site en veillant au port des EPIs réglementaires,
Vous réalisez ou coordonnez les accueils sécurité des intervenants sur site (internes et sous-traitants), en accord avec le responsable HSE du projet,
Dans votre rôle d'interface client (Paris 2024):
Vous réalisez les états des lieux d'entrée et de sortie de sites, validez les implantations des installations et organisez les livraisons des installations, en accord avec le chef de projet.
En phase d'exploitation:
Vous coordonnez les opérations de maintenance préventive et corrective sur site, et veillez au reporting quotidien de ces opérations.
**Profil**:
De formation supérieure avec une expérience confirmée en tant que manager opérationnel
Vous avez une bonne capacité d’écoute et un sens relationnel développé qui vous permet d'interagir avec de nombreux interlocuteurs.
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre leadership et votre aptitude à l'animation d'équipe
