Tasks

**Key Objectives**:

- Manage the day-to-day relationships with national accounts and ensure the smooth running of those accounts. Implement plans for growth and develop strategies to realize that potential.
- Identify and develop new national account sales channels.
- Achieve agreed targets for turnover and margin.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Business planning, compiling targets and annual agreements.
- Creating a weekly/quarterly and annual plan to maximize agreed strategy.
- Maintaining business plans for all assigned accounts and review monthly.
- Maintaining and developing strong relationships with assigned national accounts identifying and resolving any issues relating to the customers.
- Prepare monthly reporting on results, forecasting, forward planning, and promotional planning.
- Achieving stock level targets.
- Negotiating and implementing contract terms.
- Work with client to analyze and maximize online traffic and conversion rates to drive sell out to the end consumers and increase our coverage online.
- Supporting high-level negotiations with assigned accounts, moving within the parameters defined, ensuring that promotional/communication plan is in place for each promo period, and reviewed regularly in line with seasonal and launch planning, to ensure all customer’s retail touch points are maximized.
- Organizing training sessions, incentives, and other sales-promoting activities on-site with clients.
- Collaboration with Go to Market and Marketing Managers in monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings.
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings with key stakeholders with our major accounts, along with our Commercial Excellence team.
- Building strong relationships with internal teams; Commercial Excellence, Sales Support, Service and Sales within Masimo Consumer
- Collaborating daily with appointed Brand Activators and Area Sales Managers to ensure in-store training, stock levels, displays and presence is as contractually agreed.
- Creating an in-house share by price point by sector, within each account to measure against GFK data.

**Key Results**:

- The key KPIs are ranging, net sales, profit, and in-house share of business growth (specific focus on Headphones and Soundbars and Wireless Speakers.
- Successful execution of account plans with the identified national accounts.
- Growth in sales revenues and margins from the accounts identified - year on year and share of business.
- Achievement of revenue and margin targets.
- Range profiles in national accounts - store distribution, ranging depth.
- New accounts opened in the channel; revenues generated from these accounts.

**Key Relationships**:

- National Accounts, including but not limited to Buying, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.

**Requirements**:

- Must have existing relationships with major retail accounts and/or an understanding of the internal workings of these accounts.
- Significant commercial experience (in similar role) Expert knowledge of e-commerce marketing or sales, Excellent analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong skills and experience in complex negotiations with major key accounts.
- Sound understanding of financials (P&L, Marginal Profit analysis, Pricing structures, Commercial conditions etc.).
- MS Office experience Higher education (university or similar level)
- Native/Fluent French and excellent in English written and spoken, with the ability to present/negotiate on both languages.
- Knowledge of Account and Category Management concepts.
- Team player with experience of working in an international business environment.
- Strong ability to work and deliver in a rapidly changing and complex environment.
- Have a positive can-do mindset with the ability to embrace, initiate and implement change.
