**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**

In the challenging context of the integration of Bombardier Transportation and of ambitious transformation projects, you oversee and are the guardian of the Accounting core processes and tools. You will drive the deployment, sustenance and evolution of the tools and processes. You will empower the network of RBPE and KU community through training, documentation, sharing of best practices, spreading the REX and ensure that all the end users are well trained and aligned to the core model.

ERP FINANCE BPO Manager

**Networks and links**

Finance central teams (Accounting, Tax, Consolidation ), BPO teams, Global Finance Centers, IS&T Team (internal and external), regional Business process experts, Key users, site/country/region controlling and accounting teams, auditors.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
You will coordinate and work with a team of process owners to ensure the proper support of projects and business.

**You will define and update the Accounting Core Processes as Subject Matter Expert**
- Be the reference point in the company for a defined scope of finance processes in the core model
- Ensure the Accounting Core processes are applied in the ERP
- Identify and lead efficiency initiatives
- In the frame of core model roll-out, transformation initiatives or new needs (acquisition of a new company, evolution of accounting rules, specific country requirement), coordinate and validate accounting aspects:

- gap analysis
- Elaboration of processes
- Requirements to the IS&T team (preparation/validation)
- Coordinate UAT with key users
- Change management
- Define the management rules of master data and ensure the critical changes are properly validated

**You will support IS&T and Alstom core projects by**
- Providing the necessary expertise on your domain
- Define and manage preventive actions to ensure a successful tool/process deployment in terms of data cleansing, change management, reconciliation
- Evaluate/escalate project risks in terms of complexity, cost or timing linked to your domain

**You will ensure the user community benefits of the necessary documentation, training and support on Accounting Core processes**
- Ensure the proper communication to RBPE, key users or end-users
- Organize the training and support to RBPEs
- Provide support during the period-end closing

**Specific Projects**:Besides the code model roll out and the run activities, you will also participate to various projects related to tools deployment, process changes, organization changes, continuous improvement & automation projects, regulatory topics etc.

**PROFILE**

**Education and experience**
- Diploma/Master-level degree in Finance
- Financial experience: minimum 5 to 8 years
- Business expertise in accounting / finance
- Mastering understanding of necessary SAP module and associated landscape
- Exposure to projects related to tools / ERP deployment
- Hands on with conducting trainings and creating process documentation
- Language: French and English, working level
