**Global Brand Innovation Manager - Pet Food Brands**

We are seeking a **Global Brand Innovation Manager** for our Pet Food brands - Everland, Wolpy, and Equilibrio - across the EMEA region.

This role will be **based in France (Vannes 56000 or Château-Thierry 02400)**, and daily communication will be in English.
**Role Overview**
As the Global Brand Innovation Manager, you will be responsible for driving the **Global Innovations Strategy & Development** for ADM’s Pet Food brands in the EMEA region. This role requires a passionate marketer with a proven track record in innovation strategy. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the innovation and renovation pipeline for our product portfolio. You will also oversee packaging and sustainability projects, ensuring alignment with local, regional, and global standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
You will lead the **New Product Development process** from consumer insights to ideation, launch, and post-launch activation, including creating sales toolkits to ensure consistent implementation across markets.
**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Market Analysis**
- Analyze key market, consumer, category, and retail trends to identify and recommend strategic innovation and business opportunities.
- Benchmark innovations against leading competitors and brands for inspiration.
- ** Portfolio & Innovation Management**
- Contribute to the strategic marketing plan, aligning with key market priorities.
- Define and execute the portfolio strategy for the brands under your responsibility.
- Monitor portfolio performance (sales, consumer data) and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Lead key innovation and renovation projects from ideation to market launch, delivering a comprehensive launch toolkit (product positioning, brand story, visibility tools, key messages, online/offline assets, trade selling story, etc.).
- Build strong collaborations with cross-functional teams (R&D, Legal, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, and key countries) to ensure successful project execution.
- Partner closely with key countries/regions to prepare for successful innovation launches.
- Manage and optimize the innovation budget.

- FMCG industry experience is required; experience in the **food or pet food industry** is a plus.

**Language Requirements**:

- ** Fluent in English**; French language skills are a plus.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Business**, or a related field (required).
- 6-8 years of experience in brand and product management within the **FMCG** industry, with at least 3 years focused on global or regional innovation.
- Significant marketing experience with exposure to global projects.
- Proven success in driving innovation at the global or regional level.
- Experience working in international or headquarters roles is a plus.
- Experience in the **Pet Food** or **Food** industry is a plus.
