**Mission**:
**Descriptif du poste**

Vous travaillez au quotidien avec les équipes DSI, Data, UX, UI, SEO, etc. pour améliorer la conversion et proposer une expérience utilisateur fluide et efficace.

**Les missions**:
**Product Discovery**
- En binôme avec l’équipe Design, vous assurez la phase de Research (Tests utilisateurs, questionnaires, user journey map, etc ), qui permet d’approfondir la connaissance de nos utilisateurs, leurs besoins et comportements.
- Vous participerez également à la phase d’idéation afin de construire la meilleure expérience pour nos utilisateurs
- Vous construisez le parcours utilisateurs global et le faites évoluer régulièrement via des tests utilisateurs ou AB tests que vous ferez en binôme avec les Designers et le CRO Manager

**Product Strategy**
- Vous participer à la construction de la vision produit des sites Monoprix à court et moyen termes en lien direct avec les enjeux clients et business.
- Vous travaillez avec la DSI sur la cohérence de la roadmap afin d’organiser le travail des équipes parties prenantes côté métier.
- Vous priorisez des fonctionnalités à développer selon leur valeur ajoutée pour les clients et/ou l’entreprise et les contraintes de temps/budget (RICE, MoSCoW)

**Product delivery**
- Vous rédigez les user stories, vous êtes garant de votre backlog et de sa bonne priorisation
- Vous définissez les indicateurs de performance (KPIs) qui permettront de mesurer l’impact du travail réalisé par les équipes et la valeur créée (dans une vision ROIste).
- Vous planifiez et préparer les sprints en coordination avec les Product Owners DSI et coordonnez les équipes métiers contributrices
- Vous communiquez et pilotez les instances
- Vous participez aux phases de QA.

**Leadership**
- Vous coordonnez le travail de plusieurs équipes pour délivrer la meilleure expérience client sur les sites Monoprix
- Vous donnez de la visibilité aux parties prenantes d’un projet, et levez des alertes si besoin
- Vous portez la voix du client en interne car vous connaissez mieux que quiconque leur expérience sur le site, leurs pain points et leurs besoins.

**Profil**:
**Profil recherché**:

- **Expérience**: Vous avez au moins 5 ans d’expérience en tant que PM dans le domaine du e-commerce (en agence ou chez l’annonceur)
- **User-centric** : centré(e) sur les utilisateurs, vous êtes familier(e) avec les démarches d’UX, de Design Thinking, design Sprint et placez l’utilisateur au cœur de vos décisions.
- **Leadership & communication** : vous avez une forte capacité à emmener une équipe transverse en donnant du sens et en fédérant dans un contexte de multi-dépendances de roadmaps.
- **Data Driven**: Vous avez une bonne compréhension des enjeux DATA et la capacité à l’utiliser pour développer de meilleurs produits. Vous êtes data driven ce qui vous permet de définir les indicateurs clés à suivre sur votre produit.
- **Etat d’esprit** : Vous avez un état d’esprit agile, savez tester, apprendre, adapter, prioriser, renoncer afin de rester focalisé sur l’essentiel.
