In the coming years, we will focus on building the world’s most modern and efficient Gigafactory in Dunkirk (France). With this facility, our ambition is an initial annual production of 16 Gwh of lithium-ion batteries by 2025, thus powering 300,000 electric vehicles annually.

As a person who takes care of building utilities, you are responsible for examining works related to the utility system to ensure that the plant is always in good condition.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- As a local Utility Maintenance specialist, you will provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on various Utility or HVAC processes and issues.
- You are entrusted to implement your experience as a Utility Engineer including:

- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of Utility equipment.
- Follow up on projects related to utility system - Including HVAC system, Exhaust system, Chiller system, Colling water system, Compressor system, Nitrogen system and ETC.
- Responsible for general on-site technical and engineering matter related to utility of plant.
- Support the daily production need on our VIC site with respect to utility and Facility topic
- Contribute to the analysis of the Utility and facility topic on the VIC and propose a solution.
- Attend daily meeting and prepare weekly and monthly report to ensure that all issue is being recorded and broadcast among team.
- Contributes to the preparation of the training plan for your scope in line with the plant's improvement plan.
- Other additional duties assigned by reporting supervisor.
- Develop and coordinate preventive, predictive maintenance of utilities system.
- Revise and advise for spare part item related to utilities topic.
- Participate actively in key project such as cost reduction, system improvement, Facilities improvement and etc.
- Coach, mentor and conduct training for targeted organization on facilities system.

**Requirements**:

- Master degree in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC engineering or related field
- 3 years minimum experience in a utility, HVAC and Facility maintenance environment
- Good Technical and analytical skills in problem solving and continuous improvement
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to reunite people
- Possess a positive work attitude
- Pack Office current use
- Able to work late for urgency system troubleshooting and breakdown
