Global Search Specialist

**Position**:
The Global Search Optimization Manager will be responsible for driving the efficiency & effectiveness of Dior user journeys initiated by _search queries_ (from SEO to on-site Search), using data, innovations, testing and continuous process improvement. She/he will work as a player-coach role with internal teams to create and execute a search optimization strategy to grow the demand, capture more website traffic, improve product discovery, and bring incremental online sales across the zones.

- **SEARCH EFFICIENCY & OPTIMIZATION
**- Analyse weekly search queries across all zones search engines and lookup customer journeys to identify business opportunities by improving the findability of the Dior products and accuracy of result based on query and audiences.
- Identify & action improvements for both on-site/off-site search results page across query enhancements, key match marketing and biasing rules, managing the dictionary and thesaurus.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide critical insights to influence on-site navigation, identifying opportunities for new products, seasonality, and customer intent and trends predictions.
- Measure & report on the suite of search KPIs and deliver site-search performance reports for E-Merchandising, Digital Media and Business stakeholders.
- **ORGANIC SEARCH GROWTH (VISIBILITY, TRAFFIC, AND CONVERSION)**
- Co-design a roadmap and strategy with recommended action points to fill the gaps in SEO performance by zone, in close collaboration with the Web Performance and Technical teams.
- Complete in-depth keyword research and competitive analyses to increase keyword conversions balancing Organic & Paid search results, while ensuring top positions results for Branded keywords and increase visibility of Organic keywords.
- Lead the follow-up with local business stakeholders to ensure the Organic Search strategy is effectively localised/trans-created for use across local search platforms
- Support the central Performance Marketing team and Paid Search Managers in zone to develop and deliver integrated search strategies (SEO/SEA synergies)
- Use data and AI to create “reverse engineering” process to understand where the biggest opportunities of SEO optimizations are.
**Profile**:
- 8+ years of experience in Acquisition mainly on SEO and Search performance, with experience in agency.
- Knowledge of SEO tools is compulsory (Crawlers, SEM rush, automation tools )
- Knowledge of Algolia is a “plus”
- 1st experience on advanced AI use cases, predicting keywords trends, reverse engineering and predictive audiences
- Experience working with Data Scientists and Web Performance teams
- Knowledge in paid media mainly on SEA and synergies with SEO, social listening
- Knowledge of Chinese Market is a “plus”
- Very good command of English written and orally.
- Energetic and customer-centric; Ability to prioritize and focus while effectively managing multiple and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- Excellent project management skills to guide a project from concept to final delivery
- Leadership skills - ability to focus on goals and objectives
- Analyticals Skills - be able to analyse data and summarize in reporting.
