As a member of the Center of Excellence, you will be part of the Operational Efficiency team.

You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our business operations by mapping, analyzing, and improving department-specific processes, as well as processes related to Construction and Expansion, Finance/Accounting, HR, Customer Service, Sales, and Dunning. You will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Your mission

**Your key responsibilities will be as follows**:

- Collaborate with department heads and teams to understand and document existing processes thoroughly;
- Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies, including but not limited to Six Sigma and Lean methodologies;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance overall efficiency;
- Mesure and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of process optimization efforts;
- Conduct regular process reviews and audits to ensure compliance and efficiency;
- Provide training and support to employees on new processes and procedures;
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and innovation from all team members;
- Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to implement digital solutions that enhance process automation and efficiency;
- Prepare and deliver reports to senior management highlighting process improvements and their impact on the organization;
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in process management.

**Profile**:
You have a higher degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field. Additional certifications in process management (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green Belt) would be appreciated.
Your proven track record of at least 3 years in process management and optimization showcases your capabilities.
You excel in analytical and problem-solving skills and show strong project management abilities and methodologies. Proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools (e.g., Drawio, Lucidchart, Miro) is a must.

Your strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, will make you an indispensable part of our workforce.
Fluency in written and spoken English is crucial, and your autonomy, proactivity, and organizational skills will be your allies in tackling challenges.
