Le poste en résumé:
Dans le cadre de son rôle, elle/il aura la responsabilité du groupe Young Leaders Group (YLG) ou jeunes leaders de l'ULI France.

En tant que membre de l'équipe du Conseil National France, l'Associate sert de liaison entre le siège de l'ULI Europe, les employés en France, les membres de l'ULI France et les entreprises sponsors de l'ULI France. L'Associate est souvent le premier point de contact pour l'organisation, il est donc impératif qu'il/elle soit courtois et professionnel.

Nous travaillons actuellement en partie à distance et prévoyons d'accélérer les événements en personne en septembre lorsque cela est/sera possible (les autres événements continueront à être organisés virtuellement). La présence en personne au bureau de Paris et aux événements est requise, dans un rythme à convenir.

Responsabilités spécifiques:

- Aide à l’organisation des évènements et les rencontres en France (conférences, tables rondes, visites, webinaires liés à la mission, liste des invités, agendas, réponses aux questions des membres, et gestion d’autres tâches liées aux évènements, tels que le suivi des réponses, jusqu'au recouvrement des factures, générer des listes de réunions et des rapports, participation à la rédaction de comptes rendus ), et maintien d’un lien étroit avec les équipes en Europe et aux Etats-Unis.
- Participation aux opérations, inclus soutien administratif, pour la réalisation des projets et rencontres liés à la Recherche et à la mission de l’Institut en France, communication avec les fournisseurs, tâches administratives générales, travail en étroite collaboration avec la Directrice Générale pour suivre les performances financières mensuelles, soutenir le Directeur Générale dans ses efforts de sponsoring, assurer la liaison avec les autres Conseils nationaux en Europe, le cas échéant.
- Coordination du groupe des Young Leaders Group (YLG) / Jeunes Leaders de l'ULI France (membres de moins de 35 ans, plus de 25 % du nombre total de membres de l'ULI France), coordonner le Bureau du Groupe, assister aux réunions et évènements, contribuer aux initiatives du groupe et support dans l’organisation des rencontres, et mise en oeuvre du programme de développement professionnel des Jeunes Leaders, tels que le programme de mentorat.

Qualifications:

- Maîtrise de la langue française et de l'anglais.
- Minimum 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en communication, ou expérience dans la planification de programmes ou d'évènements souhaitée.
- Intérêt avéré pour l'aménagement du territoire, le développement urbain et l’immobilier de préférence.
- Expérience de travail dans un environnement international.
- Capacité à établir des priorités et à gérer de multiples responsabilités en même temps avec un suivi responsable.
- Excellente communication professionnelle orale et écrite et compétences interpersonnelles.
- Enthousiasme, dynamisme et détermination
- Capacité à travailler avec des cadres d'entreprises et du secteur public.
- Motivé(e), faisant preuve d'une attention méticuleuse aux détails et aux délais.
- Capacité à assister à des évènements en début de matinée et en fin d'après-midi ou en début de soirée en France, et occasionnellement dans toute la région Europe.

Formation:

- Diplôme 3é cycle universitaire ou d'une école de commerce - de préférence en communication, journalisme, marketing, ou commerce ou tout diplôme lié.
