**Notre mission**
Notre mission est de se concentrer sur l’essentiel pour le club : leur faire gagner du temps, du budget et professionnaliser leur image.
**Pourquoi ?**
Pour nous, les clubs sont des lieux de partage et d’éducation. Nous voulons les aider à le rester Sports-Village est un projet résolument éthique, votre motivation à vous engager dans une entreprise « responsable et durable » sera un critère de recrutement.
**Comment fonctionne t-on ?**
La boutique en ligne, des services gratuits en mode Saas couplés avec une technologie et un atelier de production qui nous permettent de fournir et personnaliser les équipements sportifs des clubs.
**Le poste**
En pleine phase d’accélération, nous recherchons un(e) Business Developer. Rattaché au directeur des opérations et de la croissance, vous serez responsable de conquérir et fidéliser de nouveaux clubs et sportifs.
Expert des méthodes de vente, vous serez en charge:
**Développement**
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de croissance
- Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux marchés et partenaires
**Accueil et transformation**
- Appeler et mettre en place les meilleures stratégies pour conquérir, et convertir les prospects en clients
- Convaincre, proposer des solutions aux problèmes des clubs
**Gestion des relations clients**
- Piloter et faire fructifier un portefeuille client
- Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les clubs, partenaires et autres parties prenantes
- Assurer un suivi régulier des clients et s'assurer de leur satisfaction
**Votre profil**
Nous recherchons un profil plus que des compétences:
- Expérience réussie dans le business development, avec une capacité à élaborer et exécuter des stratégies de croissance
- **Aisance au téléphone, aime convaincre **:
- Esprit entrepreneurial et forte culture de l'exécution et du résultat
- Vous voulez rejoindre une entreprise engagée à avoir un impact positif sur le monde associatif

Cas pratique à réaliser chez vous (le meilleur moyen d’apprendre à se connaître est de travailler ensemble)
