Become a part of our talented deugro team, as we look for a Pricing and Tender Manager in Roissy CDG (Paris), France.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- deugro qualification process within clients’ organization
- Customer relationship management: Maintain and strength relationship with assigned clients
- Handling customers’ requests RFI, Budgets & RFQ
- Launching requests to subcontractors, collecting responses, analysing and subcons responses, Conducting clarifications & negotiations with subcontractors
- Building professional technical & commercial offer as per customer’s criteria
- Preparing & leading the clarifications & negotiation meetings
- Preparing Quarterly reporting & KPIs tables

**Skills, knowledge, and expertise**:

- Minimum 3 years proven experience in similar position & industry
- Must be able to read, interpret and analyse RFI, RFQ, SOPs, and Shipping documents in a timely and professional manner
- Able to coordinate several tasks with high organization skills (prioritize, plan, assist and control)
- Customer and result (commercial) focused, detail oriented with excellent communication (verbal, written and listening) skills
- Team-player, flexible, positive, and self-motivated
- Rigorous, organized, can work independently on own initiative
- Timely, Structured & comprehensive reporting
