**Responsible Investment Specialist - Internship -**:
**Description**:
Headquartered in Geneva and with over 20 offices worldwide, UBP is one of Switzerland’s leading private banks, focussing on asset management (AM) for institutional clients and wealth management (WM) for private clients. As a signatory of UN PRI since 2012, UBP is keen to further integrate ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) considerations into its investment practices and develop its sustainable and impact offering.

**Mission**:
This 6-month opportunity is for a dynamic student to participate in the designing and implementation of UBP’s responsible investment practices, working alongside the Responsible Investment Team for Asset Management.

**Main responsibilities**:
**Role and tasks**

Participate in the implementation of the EU Regulation (SFDR, Taxonomy, Mifid 2) within the Bank’s AM processes and financial products

Support UBP’s RFP team on ESG-related questionnaires

Support UBP’s investment teams with ESG labels, ESG data/reporting, EU Regulation, and climate issues.

Contribute to the sustainable initiatives UBP is member of (e.g. Net Zero Asset Managers initiative, TNFD Forum) and the associated reporting requirements

Help investment teams to improve their sustainable investment process (e.g. ESG integration, engagement and voting)

Contribute to UBP AM Responsible Investment marketing and communication efforts

**Education**:

- Education: Master Degree
- Certification: Master’s degree in finance, or any other related fields

**Experience**:

- Years of experience: 0-3 : beginner
- Experience required: Knowledge of the Asset Management industry is a plus Additional experience or qualification in a sustainability-related field would be appreciated (natural science, CSR, ESG consulting, NGOs, intergovernmental organisations ) Knowledge of the Asset Management industry is a plus
- Experience in private banking: Preferred
