Program Manufacturing Leader Hydrogen Storage

L'agence POINT Z recherche pour l'un de ses clients issu du domaine automobile, un leader programme stockage hydrogen.
Gestion d'équipe:
- Coordonne les activités et les tâches des contributeurs à la fabrication (logistique, spécialistes des procédés, équipe de l'usine, fournisseurs).
Conception pour la fabrication:
- Travaille en étroite collaboration avec le responsable de la conception du programme et le coordinateur de l'outillage.
- Définition des caractéristiques clés du produit / caractéristiques clés de contrôle / PFMEA
- Gérer la construction des prototypes, les livraisons d'essais et l'analyse.
Développement du système de production:
- Étudie, valide, libère et met en place le système de production complet : Équipement, interfaces d'outils, disposition, organigrammes de processus, flux de matériaux et d'informations. Temps de prise, temps de cycle, HSE, Ergonomie.
- Assurer la réalisation du PFMEA et du MVP (Manufacturing Validation Plan).
Finalisation du projet:
- Consolider toutes les informations de fabrication dans la documentation du projet.
Livrables PMS et reporting:
- Responsable des livrables : délais et qualité dans le respect des standards client.
- Met à jour régulièrement les enjeux de fabrication : coûts, investissements, économies,...
- Rapporte l'état d'avancement des activités, les risques et les opportunités.
**Profil recherché**
Vous êtes diplômé en ingénierie, en gestion industrielle ou dans un domaine connexe.
Une experience de minimum 3 ans.
Langues:
**Anglais Bilingue obligatoire.**
Modalités:
Contrat : contrat en intérim, une évolution du contrat vers un CDI n'est pas à exclure, à ce jour notre client n'a pas une visibilité suffisante pour le garantir.
Lieu du poste : Bavans.
Déplacements potentiels à envisager : 2 ou 3 déplacements par mois en Europe.
