**Description de l'entreprise**
Au sein du département Brand Strategy du groupe Accor PM&E (Premium, Midscale & Economie), vous rejoindrez l’équipe Consumer & Market Insights (CMI). Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec les managers sur des études consommateurs qui permettront d’orienter la stratégie du groupe et ces marques (tous pays, tous départements).

**Durée **:6 mois

**Période **:De janvier à juillet 2025.
**Description du poste**
Conduite d’études quantitatives (analyses, segmentation ) et qualitatives en réponse à des problématiques business variées (nouveaux services/produits, business développement, innovation )

Gestion de projets d’études : élaboration du brief, mise en place de l’approche pour chaque projet, suivi du projet, analyse des résultats et recommandations

Planning stratégique : recherche de tendances, nouveaux comportements de voyage, benchmarking

Vous serez en charge aux côtés des managers d’un portefeuille de projets comme:

- Travail sur les marques hôtelières du groupe Accor (réflexion et recherche autour de l’architecture, Brand Equity et du positionnement des marques, par exemple ibis, Novotel, Mercure, Pullman)
- Des projets d’études pour améliorer l’expérience client
- Animation et gestion des projets de la communauté clients avec un prestataire externe
- Identification des nouveaux trends et concurrents dans différents domaines (ex : wellbeing, CSR)

**Informations supplémentaires**
Formation bac +4/5 type Ecole de Commerce

Premier stage obligatoire

Expérience en gestion de projet fortement appréciée

Connaissance et/ou intérêt pour l’hôtellerie et ses consommateurs

Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais

Maîtrise du pack office et notamment création de présentation PowerPoint et analyses sur Excel (TCD)

Utilisation de logiciels statistique serait un plus
