**Job Description Summary**: GE Off-shore Wind (GE-OFSW) is a global technology leader in this fast growing segment of the renewables industry. GE-OFSW is on a mission to make this limitless, clean & reliable source of renewable energy mainstream by providing it at affordable cost.

In Charge of developing and sustaining the Quality Management System & Business Management System in OFW Business, the Global QMS Leader shall ensure through the processes that:

- Customer requirements are consistently met
- System Comply with Standard ISO 9001:2015 requirements and also GE Renewable Energy ones
- Regulatory Product/Process Compliance is respected

Collaborating also with the other Quality Managers on Voice of Customer, Lessons learned, updating standards, and other Quality team duties.

**Coordinate and support different functions during external audit**:
**Assure action plan are implemented for external audit findings**:
**Keep certification around all GE OFW**:

- ** Quality Management Review**:
**Plan and organize QMR meetings, communicating relevant information with leadership**:
**Track outputs and action plans**:

- ** Internal Audits**:
**Create Audit Program yearly**:
**Identify audit needs through the business**:
**Assure critical processes are audited**:
**Provide support to perform audits and to identify and record properly audit findings**:
**Follow up audit plan**:
**Follow up action plans for findings closure**:

Identify processes ( process mapping )

Review processes and performance

Ensure adherence to GE Renewable requirements

Assure QMS / BMS documentation is updated, understood and followed

Standardize processes/procedures/work instruction

Integrate digitalization

Assure TR&S are fulfilled by the product and project

Held quarterly review meetings to track TCP and PBCS within all related functions.

Implement new business initiatives

**Coordonner et soutenir les différentes fonctions lors de l'audit externe**
**Veiller à la **mise en œuvre du plan d'action pour les résultats des audits externes**:
**Maintenir la certification pour tous les plans de révision de la gestion de la qualité de GE OFW et organiser des réunions QMR en communiquant les informations pertinentesà la direction, suivre les résultats et plans d'action, audits internes**:
Créer un programme d'audit annuel, identifier les beosins en matière d'audit par l'intermédiaire de l'entreprise, garantir l'audit des processus critiques
- Fournir un soutien pour effectuer des audits et identifier et enregistrer correctement les résultats des audits

Plan d'audit et Suivi des plans d'action pour la clôture des résultats
- **Qualité/Système de gestion commerciale — Processus Identifier les processus**

(cartographie des processus)
Révision des processus et des performances
Garantir le respect aux exigences de GE Renewable

Garantir que la documentation QMS/BMS est mise à jour, comprise et suivie

**Normaliser les processus/procédures/instructions de travail**
**Intégrer la numérisation**:

- ** Required Qualifications**:

- ** Minimum of 5 years of experience in QMS in the industry.**:

- ** An industrial manufacturing background would be highly appreciated.**:

- Language requirements: Fluent English with spoken knowledge of French preferred
