TA MISSION
Nous comptons près de 430 magasins dans le monde, les équipes de ventes sont essentielles à notre business.
Nos vendeurs créent des souvenirs mémorables dans l’esprits de nos consommateurs, en s’assurant de la disponibilité des produits exposés sur la surface de vente, mettant en scène nos produits, ou en accompagnant nos clients dans l’ensemble de leurs problématiques ; tout en étant support du management du magasin dans la mission de Columbia Sportswear : « Connect Active People With Their Passions »
Tous nos vendeurs sont les ambassadeurs de notre marque, et assurent des expériences clients exceptionnelles en créant des interactions positives.
Dans ce rôle, tu mobilises tes qualités naturelles de vente et de résolution de problèmes, réponds aux questions des clients et les accompagne dans leur choix de produits. Tu portes les valeurs de Columbia Sportwear de mettre l’accent sur le service client et le travail d’équipe.
Ainsi, tu dois:
- Proposer un service client de haute qualité en répondant aux questions / problématiques des clients sur les produits, technologies, disponibilités
- T’assurer de la bonne tenue des visuels et du magasin (propreté, sécurité, organisation du magasin, rangement, stocks)
- Sécuriser l’ensemble des transactions financières (ventes, retours, échanges) et la souscription au programme de fidélité avec efficacité et précision
Nous recherchons, pour le magasin de Miramas, un vendeur à temps plein en CDD, du 1er Décembre au 29 Février.

- Tu es passionné de vente et de relation clients
- Tu es à l’aise avec les outils informatiques
- Sociable, tu n’as aucune difficulté à t’intégrer dans une équipe
- Force de proposition, tu n’hésites pas à partager tes idées d’amélioration
- Tu es disponible à plein temps et pour une durée mínimale de 3 mois
- Engagé(e), créatif(ve) et rigoureux(se), tu es passionné(e) d’Outdoor
