**The Role**:
Within the Group Finance Department, you are involved in all the Group's financing: structured financing (asset and project financing), corporate financing (RCF, acquisitions, etc.), financing of the Group's subsidiaries, etc....

**Responsibilities**:

- You lead the structuring and negotiation of financing,
- You participate or ensure the link with our financial partners (banks, investors, ECAs,...) and are in charge of the relationship with a number of counterparties,
- You are responsible for monitoring financing in conjunction with the Risk Control teams (Middle and Back Office),
- You participate in the diversification of funding sources and the establishment of relationships with new financial partners,
- You monitor the banking market and new financing structures.

You will be required to work in interaction with the Legal Department, the following Departments of the Finance Department: Taxation, Treasury & Cash Management, Accounting and Management Control, as well as the Financial Directors of the Group's subsidiaries.
The position is based in Marseille. Travel abroad is to be expected.
**Profile and Skills**:
Graduated from a Bac +5/6 (Grande École de Commerce or Engineering, Master, MBA, etc.), you have 5 to 8 years' experience in banking, investment fund consulting or within the Finance Department of a large international group.
You have established experience in (i) structured finance (asset finance, project finance) and/or (ii) corporate finance (acquisition, high yield, covered bond, private placement, USPP,...) in France and abroad.
Finally, you have real financial modelling capabilities.
Your interpersonal, analytical and synthesis skills, as well as your critical thinking skills, will enable you to successfully carry out the assignments entrusted to you.
You are fluent in French and English.
