**Activités**

En tant qu’Alternant(e) en Animation des Réseaux & Contrôles internes en Gestion des processus d’habilitations H/F vous serez rattaché(e) à Williams le responsable en Evaluations & Management des Risques.
A ce titre votre rôle sera de fournir une assurance raisonnable quant au dispositif de contrôle des filiales.

Vos missions seront:
1) Habilitation Gouvernance Risk and compliance (GRC)
- Réaliser des contrôles SOX dédiés aux habilitations des utilisateurs
- Suivre et Analyser la matrice des risques (SOD) post déploiement de la bibliothèque des contrôles compensatoires
- Aider au déploiement du projet d'automatisation des contrôles compensatoires et des KPI de suivi
- Mettre à jour des procédures M&S GPERF sur les habilitations

2) Formations/Accompagnements et mise à disposition d'outils de contrôle interne/Risk management
- Actualiser les outils de formation à destination de la population de contrôleurs internes de la branche MS
- Animer des formations sur la réalisation de la cartographie des risques filiales de la Branche MS et suivre les réalisations
- Contribuer à l'actualisation de l'étude d'analyse des cartographies 2024 et d'un benchmark externe pour identifier les risques émergents.
