Coordinator / Seller

_Job description:_

This position is related to the walking tours of neighborhoods in Paris. The sales coordinator at Memories France has a dual role.

The first is to welcome customers at each meeting point, to check them in, chatting with them, advising them on their stay in Paris, answering their questions and directing them to their guide.

The second is a salesperson, carrying a backpack and a flag on his or her back, announcing the various products to be sold.
- Requirements

This is primarily a sales position, and it is important to respond to the company's objectives and initiatives by striving to exceed the individual targets set each day. The salesperson will receive an incentive on each sale.

Engage our potential customers by tactfully discovering their tourism needs and maximizing company revenues through the sale of our core products.

Comply with all company policies and local sales regulations.

Provide customer service including directions, advice on attractions and restaurants, and general information.

Alert supervisors to any transactional problems or incidents.

Monitor and maintain an environment where the safety of guests and team members is a constant concern.

Perform other duties as may be reasonably requested.
- Knowledge/Skills

Fluent English MANDATORY.

French or any other language is not mandatory but highly appreciated.

Knowledge of Paris, landmarks and attractions.

Excellent interpersonal skills, professional appearance and demeanor, ability to communicate and interact professionally with customers.

Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions.
