Group Head of IT Architecture

Mon client, un asset manager réputé et en pleine expansion, recherche actuellement un Group Head of IT Architecture, dans le cadre du développement de leur activité.
Au sein du département informatique du groupe, vous serez rattaché(e) au responsable du développement logiciel du groupe.
Dans ce cadre, votre rôle sera de définir et de piloter l'évolution de l'architecture du système d'information dans son ensemble, afin de répondre aux besoins des directions métiers, en cohérence avec la stratégie de l'entreprise.
Pour cela, vous serez en charge d'une équipe d'une dizaine de personnes dont les principales missions seront les suivantes:
- Responsabilité stratégique avec la définition de nouveaux standards et le choix de nouvelles technologies pour mettre en œuvre.
- Mise en œuvre du système d'information de la cartographie et du plan d'urbanisation:
- Gérer (construction, mise à jour et évolution) la cartographie du système d'information.
- Garantir l'intégrité permanente de la cartographie du Système d'Information par rapport au schéma directeur.
- Spécifier et valider les normes d'urbanisation du Système d'Information
- Proposer des scénarios d'évolution et de simplification du système d'information, en tenant compte des décisions de gestion, de l'évolution de l'offre et de la demande.
- Contribuer au choix de nouvelles solutions répondant aux besoins de l'entreprise, en cohérence avec les préconisations et solutions en place, et plus globalement avec la stratégie du système d'information.
- Réaliser une veille technologique du marché et promouvoir des solutions innovantes adaptées à l'entreprise (Data Science, ML, Cloud computing,...).
- Soutenir et accompagner la modernisation des processus de développement (Dev-Ops,CI/CD, etc...).
- Animer les communautés dans un esprit de partage et de travail collaboratif.
Votre profil:
- Min 10 ans d'expérience en architecture IT
- Expérience poussée en management
- Maîtrise de l'anglais
