We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven **Affiliates Manager** to join our e-commerce company in the floor care and kitchen appliances industry. You will be responsible for managing our affiliate marketing program and driving revenue through strategic partnerships with affiliates and influencers in France. This is a key role within our eCommerce team, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our overall business growth.
**Here are some of the exciting things you'll get to do.**
- Develop and execute the overall strategy for the affiliate marketing program in France.
- Identify and recruit new affiliates to expand our network and increase brand exposure.
- Nurture relationships with existing affiliates, providing ongoing support and resources to maximize their performance.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, ensuring they meet targets and optimizing campaigns for maximum results.
- Recruit, develop and nurture relationships with micro-influencers, maximizing exposure and conversions.
- Identify potential strategic partnerships and negotiate affiliate agreements to drive revenue and expand our reach.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional materials and offers.
**Here are some of the things you'll bring**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
