Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

In this role, you will be in charge of administration, replenishment, transport, logistic and warehousing on all our flows including our project of toll manufacturing. Support supply chain department to ensure a partnership relation between Sensient Savory EU departments, external Warehouse and Toll Manufacturer Partner.

**What you’ll do**:

- Follow flow of raw materials, intermediated and finished goods between suppliers, external warehouse and toll manufacturer facility (inbound)
- Support the shipping team on the monitoring of shipments orders from the warehouse to final customers
- Handle contract administration, reporting, approved supplier tracking, and general administrative support on replenishment activity
- Support in the management of the relationship with external transport companies and external warehouse
- Ensure procedure developed are done and followed on a day-to-day activity
- Ensure archiving and recording of documentation for customers and for audit purpose

**What you’ll bring**:

- Organization - Serious - Flexible - Team work
- MS office (particularly Excel) and ERP system
- English and French language skills
- Knowledge of internal operating processes including warehousing, inventory, scheduling, production, customer service and quality control
- Ideally a Bac +2/3 in international trade, logistics or similar, but we also consider newly graduates
