**Poste et missions**:
Vous rejoignez l’équipe Client Strategy Management au sein du Chief Client Office (CCO) en tant que Client Management Strategy officer.

Le Chief Client Office a pour mission d'accompagner l'ensemble des métiers de la CIB (Corporate & Investment Banking) dans leur développement commercial, en ce qui concerne la connaissance fine des clients de la banque, le développement de la franchise client (recherche systématique du cross-selling, développement de stratégies clients cohérentes, priorisation des clients et actions commerciales etc.), ainsi que la gestion des processus commerciaux transverses et la diffusion des bonnes pratiques commerciales.

Au quotidien, vous avez pour missions de:

- Supporter la stratégie commerciale de la CIB ;
- Participer au pilotage de la performance commerciale du Coverage et de la CIB ;
- Mettre en place ou faire évoluer les outils de mesure et d'analyse de la performance ;
- Interagir régulièrement avec les métiers de la CIB et Advisory and Coverage ;
- Coordonner vos travaux avec les CCO à l'international.

**Profil et compétences requises**:
Qui êtes-vous ? Si vous vous reconnaissez dans la description suivante, vous êtes fait pour travailler avec nous:
De formation supérieure, vous avez un solide parcours professionnel avec au moins une expérience significative client/business dans l'univers de la Corporate & Investment Bank/Asset Management.

Vous maîtrisez:

- Les chiffres et vous avez une approche analytique pour comprendre et expliquer les tendances de l'activité commerciale ;
- Les outils bureautiques usuels ;
- Idéalement, Salesforce et BO.

Vous avez un excellent relationnel, une très bonne capacité d’écoute, vous êtes:

- Synthétique pour faire des restitutions ;
- Force de proposition sur de nouvelles initiatives, nouvelles approches et analyses pour renforcer le pilotage commercial du Coverage et de la CIB.

Vous maîtrisez l'anglais avec un niveau B2.
