**Our team is organized in teams covering finance processes**:
General Accounting and Closing processes including internal control, taxes and local specificities.
Purchase to Pay (SAP impacts excluding SRM solutions) and Treasury processes.
Invoice to Cash and Profitability processes including Rebates and Compass integration.
Investments and Manufacturing controlling processes including industrial reporting.

You will take the lead of the team “Purchase to Pay and Treasury processes”.

Your role is to guaranty and maintain solutions aligned with Group processes & norms from our Finance Métiers, Finance & Legal and DGO in an international context.

You are responsible of the run activities and projects implementation related to your process. You manage the organization of your team, following the capacity plan and budget, to deliver solutions implementation respecting topic criticity and métiers roadmaps.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO IN NUTSHELL

**We can summarize your missions in 3 main objectives**:
Due to an historic L’Oréal organization, there is today 2 main SAP Core solutions, one for the “Affaires” and the other one for the “Factories”, both on ECC6. In addition, there is also a stand-alone SAP with a dedicated solution to manage the corporate activity.

Your main challenge will be to maintain the 3 different solutions respecting the different levels of support and methodologies and the different IT and business stakeholders by solution.

L’Oréal also launched a big transformation program, NEO, to rationalize and redesign all the L’Oréal processes and landscape based on SAP S/4 for all L’Oréal entities worldwide. Once the pilot lives on this new solution, the run activities of this new Core will be transferred to the Run team, our team for the Finance scope, most probably at the end of this year.

You will join a complex organization and you will work on both run and project activities with a lot of challenges in an international context. Your stakeholders on business side will be the financial direction of L’Oréal, the Controlling & Accounting departments, and the Finance department of the Operations direction, and you will be also in contact to the local business in countries. Your stakeholders on IT side will be all the other teams that could be involved on integrated topics (Operations, Architecture, Developments, Data ).

IF YOU WANT TO GO FURTHER IN DETAILS, THIS IS WHAT YOU COULD EXPECT TO DO

**Your main responsibility will be to**:
Ensure the respect of quality, costs and time frame delivery according to what is/will be defined
Plan, organize and pilot the solutions implementation in your scope:

- Build your detailed planning in keeping with Groups projects and local requirements constraints
- Ensure solution consistency with integration challenges as regards finance and IT
- Ensure operational follow up, validate structuring options, manage risk and arbitration and escalade to Domain lead if needed
- Contribute to project committee and report to project managers as project contributor
- Assess impacts of scope and roadmap evolutions on your scope

**Coordinate teams related to a topic / project**:

- Business: Finance Group department, Finance of Operations, local business
- IT: ERP Finance teams, IT Finance teams, IT Purchasing & Operations team, Integration, Infra, Technology, Data factory
- External suppliers: Integration, Editors, Consulting, AMS

Ensure the L4 support respecting the ITSM principles
- Ensure the integration with other domains and teams
- Organize & coordinate central IT Teams in order to implement and deploy a solution
- Work with the Métier Group and local business on their requirements and validate the preferred solution considering the context and the constraints
- Advice, help and take decisions on solution choices

Develop and maintain an effective communication with all stakeholders
