Le rôle de Store Manager est primordial à l’équilibre de nos magasins.

Il doit être organisé, méticuleux et être doté d’un sens pratique développé pour coordonner le travail de ses collaborateurs. Il doit être rigoureux dans sa gestion quotidienne, avoir un bon sens relationnel et être une communicant hors pair.

Véritable chef d’orchestre de son point de vente, être un bon leader, capable de pédagogie pour expliquer le sens de son action, et de psychologie pour régler les conflits en interne.

**Responsabilités**:

- Recrutement, intégration et formation de votre équipe de vente en binôme avec votre Area Manager ;
- Management d'une équipe de 6 conseillères de vente
- Gestion administrative du magasin
- Analyse des indicateurs commerciaux et être capable de mettre en place un plan d’actions pour atteindre les objectifs de performance du magasin;
- Veiller à la bonne tenue constante du magasin;
- Coordonner les changements de visuel merchandising et de vitrines ;
- Accompagner le client durant tout le processus de vente depuis son entrée dans la boutique jusqu’à son départ;
- Effectuer les encaissements et les retours ainsi que le comptage des fonds de caisse ;
- Être force de proposition ;
**Profil recherché**:
Expérience:
Avoir une expérience en tant que responsable de magasin PAP femme ou poste d’adjointe senior.
Une expérience en visuel merchandising serait un plus.
Langues **:anglais courant obligatoire.**

Salaire : 24 000,00€ à 28 000,00€ par an
