ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all supplier deliveries that are directly to the various On Location venues.
- Visibility on Merchandise orders and Production orders (quantities, venues, timetables)
- Direct comms with Production suppliers regarding delivery timetables
- Direct comms with Warehouse manager for Merch deliveries timetables
- Full training on MDS process
- Supplier staff training on MDS deliveries.
- Arrange MDS deliveries and required staff at the venue sites.
- Submit and supervise changes, returns and also ad hoc deliveries through remote VCP
- Handle all supplier transport related matters, truck movements, truck route, volumes of movements etc..
- Manage and coordinate with Transport FA on road closure, delivery slots etc..
- Point of contact for P24
- Point of contact for all On location internal FAs
- Will remain in the central command games time as a dispatcher and trouble shooter.
- Prior experience in warehouse and supply network, required
- Reports to Logistics Director

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be able to multitask and take ownership of all steps of this project
