Colas Rail, à travers ses projets et ses agences spécialisées, propose des services d’études, de financement et de gestion de projets majeurs d’infrastructure ferroviaire (travaux de voies, signalisation, ventilation, désenfumage, commande-contrôle, fret, etc.) et contribue à créer des solutions de mobilité durable et responsable pour aujourd’hui et pour demain. **Vos responsabilités**:
Lead the Strategic Work Force Planning project for Colas Rail, a key transformation project of our company.

Responsibilities include:

- Partnering with a variety of stakeholders (COMEX, Leadership teams, Technical Department, Project Management teams, HR) to identify future skills, competency requirements to meet future Colas Rail's 3 Years business plan
- Designing the project roadmap and deliverables, and communicating across HR and business areas
- Building workforce data analytics capabilities to deliver quantitative & qualitative analyses of demographics as well as a forward-looking view of the business people requirements and actions required
- Leading the project planning, deliverables by engaging stakeholders across Colas Rail
- Report on the progress of the project to the various Group stakeholders, including Colas SA.

**Votre profil**:

- Strong Project planning and execution skills
- Data analytics skills and ability to synthesize complex data analyses into meaningful conclusions
- Proven Leadership and engagement skills to partner with a complex network of stakeholders (Experts, PMs, CR, Colas, HR Colas, HR CR in all countries of CRetc) and work with Comex level leaders
- Understanding of technical skills, even better if they are Rail technical skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English language and French language (if possible)
