**Service Technician M/F/d HV/LV**:

In this position, you provide technical support to the Electrical Service activity in France, by identifying the best remote repair solutions. Reporting to the head of the HV/LV Electrical Service activity, your practical experiences and your knowledge of customer needs will not only help you establish solid relationships with customers, but also identify problems and provide a quick and efficient solution.

**Your responsibilities**:

- You carry out the installation, commissioning and preventive and curative maintenance of the products of the Electrification Division according to the factory recommendations and in accordance with the requirements of the customer contract.
- You act as a Works Manager with or without the support of subcontractors in compliance with the procedures and safety rules in force (risk analysis, prevention plan, work permit, wearing PPE, Take5...).
- You are the technical referent for the medium and low voltage electrical distribution offer (HV/LV switchboards, HV/LV circuit breakers and contactors, digital protection relays) in particular in the context of telephone troubleshooting, repair, replacement and/or extension of older generation equipment.
- You provide technical expertise in the form of training, written report, telephone support and/or on-site intervention.

**Your background**:

- You ideally hold a minimum Bac +2 with a specialization in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- You have at least 2 years' professional experience as a HV/LV Works Manager.
- You are responsive, autonomous, rigorous and you are customer oriented.
- You ideally have at least one experience as a Site Manager with a team of 2 Technicians and you have knowledge in the industrial field.
- Your level of technical English is good, both written and spoken.
- You will have trips to plan (up to 80% of your time) in France and more punctually abroad.
