The Purchasing Hub Manager for South EU is a key leadership position within the EMEA Procurement Team. This role will be responsible for managing a team of 12+ buyers mainly across France, Spain, Portugal and Italy. This role will report to the Director of EMEA Site Procurement.

- Partner with Procurement’s Supplier Diversity team to enhance diversity in Tier 1 and Tier 2 supply chains
- As part of a broader talent strategy, work intentionally to develop team members and leaders - leveraging a combination of formal training (ISM, Procurement Academy), mentorship, membership within professional organization and councils, OJT, partnership w. academia, and more
- Oversee all non-commodity purchasing activities across EMEA - responsible for fully supporting the operations thru timely PO execution, proactive spend management, and ensuring the right products and services at the right price, quality and delivery terms
- In a dynamic supply chain environment - robust communication and engagement w. key stakeholders to communicate evolving lead times across critical categories to ensure proactive demand placement for critical goods and services
- Relentless focus on business continuity across our manufacturing facilities
- Partner closely with Global Category Management teams to execute in full alignment with global category strategies to eliminate contract leakage, rollout new awards of business, and maximize contract value and supplier performance
- Responsible for managing supplier relationships locally and providing key inputs (soft facts) to global category management teams to inform supplier scorecard KPI’s
- Responsible for optimizing procure-to-pay performance across the region (cycle time, PO rationalization, supplier rationalization, etc.) as well as driving aggressive savings and cost avoidance targets. The role will become a “partner” for the BUs, and will align to annual performance targets and goals.
- Drive working capital improvements - including payment terms execution for the region aligned to global strategy
- Leverage best-in-breed technology to proactively manage non-contracted spend including use of Coupa for competitive bid, and eAuctions and eRFx via Jaggaer in partnership with the Global Procurement Source to Contract team
- Deliver on aggressive annual cost savings targets, cost avoidance, and working capital impacts
- As part of Procurement’s “Stakeholder Success” strategy - develop and convey rich material (Inside articles, newsletters, etc.) to influence and inform colleagues across the organization
- Enhance procure-to-pay processes across all ADM divisions, ensuring compliance with non-commodity procure-to-pay policy
- Responsible for driving improvements across the S2P technology in the region and supporting the roll out and enablement of any “new” S2P technology as part of the 1ADM business transformation - and “non-project demand” to address improvements to legacy technologies in partnership with the Global Process Owner (GPO) for S2P
- Strong partnership with peers in the LATAM, NA and APAC regions to ensure consistency in approach, strategy, and execution globally
- Leverage internal and external perspectives to ensure Global Procurement sets the competitive standard as a leading, world-class procurement function
- Partner with Global Procurement’s Inventory & Asset Redeployment team to evaluate opportunities to transfer assets vs. buy - as well as consideration for purchase of used vs. new equipment, and repair vs. buy
- Integrate acquisition and drive procurement synergies in the region

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management or related areas is required
- 5+ years in a Global Procurement organization on a managerial level is preferred
- Experience in Food/ Agri-business industry preferred
