**VOTRE QUOTIDIEN CHEZ NOUS**:

- Are you an enthusiastic communications specialist looking to gain experience in a fast-paced, global company from the CAC Next 20? We are looking for a Communications Intern to join our Brand & Employee Communications team at the Sodexo Group HQ and help us in creating compelling communications that drive engagement.
- In this job, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and gain valuable experience working in dynamic, multicultural team. You will have the chance to work on a variety of projects, such as developing and executing communication plans, creating content for our various communication channels, and strengthening the engagement of our Global HQ community.
- As part of the Brand & Employee Communications team, you will work with the team members to support the company strategic roadmap and Employer brand commitments through communications.
- In this role, you will:

- Support in developing and executing communication plans
- Create engaging content for our communication channels (intranet, social media platforms, newsletters), such as news stories, articles, and videos
- Edit and produce short videos/interviews supporting our global messages
- Be in charge of updating the company intranet
- Brainstorm new and creative formats to engage our audiences
- Lead the Yammer community management for the HQ employees
- Monitor and report on the performance of our communications efforts
- Assist with other communications projects as needed**NOTRE PROPOSITION**:

**VOTRE APPORT**:

- Communications background (M1 or M2 in Communications)
- Demonstrate strategic thinking skills- Excellent copywriting skills in both French and English (a third language would be a plus)
- Creative flair and innovation mindset to deliver engaging communications
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and agile mode
- Have a proactive work method, being able to work independently and collaboratively
- Rigorous with attention to detail
- And a strong team spirit
