Présentation de la structure:
L’unité de recherche clinique Paris Nord Val de Seine, URC PNVS, est dirigée par le Pr France Mentré. La responsable adjointe est le Dr Camille Couffignal et le Dr Cédric Laouénan est responsable de l’activité biométrie.
L’URC PNVS gère les projets menés par les investigateurs des cinq sites (Beaujon - Clichy, 92; Bichat - Paris, 75; Bretonneau - Paris, 75; Louis-Mourier - Colombes, 92; EHPAD Adelaïde-Hautval - Villiers-le-Bel, 95) du groupe hospitalier universitaire AP-HP.Nord - Université de Paris.
Elle est constituée d’une équipe de plus de soixante personnes parmi lesquelles: praticiens hospitaliers médecin ou pharmacien, chefs de projet, statisticiens, data-scientists, data-managers, bio-informaticiens, attachés de recherche clinique, techniciens d’étude clinique.
L’URC PNVS a pour missions principales la mise en oeuvre et le suivi des projets de recherche clinique portés par les investigateurs (médecins, pharmaciens, dentistes, sages-femmes ou paramédicaux) du groupe hospitalier HUPNVS dont l’AP-HP est promoteur. L’URC PNVS met à la disposition des investigateurs des compétences méthodologiques, statistiques et technico-réglementaire pour les aider à concevoir des projets de recherche et assurer leur accompagnement (méthodologie, biostatistiques, conformité, faisabilité, budgets prévisionnels, réponses aux appels d’offres). Représentante du promoteur, l’URC PNVS assure le suivi et le contrôle de la qualité des recherches, la gestion des données des projets et participe à la coordination des activités de recherche du groupe hospitalier.
L’URC est en relation très étroite avec le département d’épidémiologie, de biostatistiques et de recherche clinique (DEBRC) et apporte un soutien méthodologique à la recherche clinique sur le groupe hospitalier. Il est constitué d’un PU-PH, 2 MCU-PH, 2 PH, 3 AHU, 2 ingénieurs de recherche, d’internes (de pharmacie et de santé publique), et 1 secrétaire.
Deux autres structures sont également hébergées par le département:
- la plateforme génomique du GH avec un ingénieur statisticien (analyses de données génétiques et omiques) ;
- le centre de méthodologie de REACTing (REsearch and ACTion targeting emerging infectious diseases) de l’ITMO I3M d’AVIESAN (préparation de la recherche en période d’inter-épidémique et méthodologie, mise en place et analyses d’essais clinique en période d’épidémie de maladies infectieuses émergentes).
Missions proposées:
Analyse des besoins du projet de recherche et étude de faisabilité technique pour le recueil des données électroniques
Conception d’eCRF: paramétrage des formulaires de recueil et des contrôles de saisie sur le logiciel CleanWEB et REDCap
Organisation des phases de vérifications en interaction avec les différents acteurs des projets
Rédaction des documents de vérifications, de suivi des modifications et de validation
Récupération des données saisies par une société extérieure et programmation de contrôles de leur cohérence
Emission si besoin des demandes de clarification à destination des Attachés de Recherche Clinique (ARC) et intégration, en les traçant, des éventuelles modifications de la base de données
Préparation de la base de données en vue de l’analyse statistique, création de variables, gel de la base, réalisation d’analyses descriptives préliminaires
Participation à la rédaction et à la mise à jour des procédures relatives aux tâches de data-management
Organiser et participer aux réunions avec les investigateurs, ARC, chefs de projets, biostatisticiens, méthodologistes (Paramétrage du CRF, suivi d’étude, revue des données,)
