POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Saint-Gobain Group chose Portugal for the creation of its new Hub, Lisbon **Group Digital & IT (GDI)**. At GDI we will provide different technological services with a global scope, supporting Saint-Gobain in its Digital transformation, reflecting Saint-Gobain’s differentiating culture of innovation, empowerment and collaboration.
You will also be aligning stakeholders, building plans, reporting figures and working with multiple teams to execute cross-functional projects. Also, you need to assure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and with the desired quality and outcomes.
**To achieve these objectives, you will be in charge of the following activities**:
- Deliver projects as a PM, including holding, updating and driving to the project plan and business requirement collection;
- Work with a wide number of internal stakeholders to properly manage stakeholder expectations and interact with font end and back-end development teams to ensure project delivery.
- Monitor the project and the budget in agile mode
- Define and manage project governance: organize project/steering committees
- Drive change management and communicate around project
- Organize and manage IT resources according to the needs of the project
- Communicate the status of your initiatives to stakeholders from around the business as well as the leadership team if needed;
- Review of processes by identifying strengths, weaknesses, and risks is another opportunity ofyours.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
**Skills/Competencies**:
- **4+ years’ experience** as a project manager or equivalent role
- Experience working with **cross-functional teams with different maturity level**s in a** fast pace growing environment**:
- **Past work in data & analytics** is a plus
- **Agile **training, experience and mindset combined with experience with more **traditional **delivering methods. Certifications in project management in either waterfall or agile methodologies is a plus.
- Past experience in** creating and managing business case and budgets**
**To succeed you will need to**:
- **Strong communication skills** being able to facilitate and lead work at all levels including senior leadership
- Demonstrated skills in strategic **leadership**, **adaptability**, **problem solving**, **communication **and **critical thinking**:
- **Collaborative solution oriented**, when issues arise, be able to roll up sleeves and tackle them with the team and a ‘get it done’ attitude. Excels in problem-solving and **negotiation **skills
- **Team player** with a clear focus on taking deliver maturity to the next level
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
The position is based at Saint-Gobain's head office in **La Défense** (remote : 2 days per week).
Occasional business trips are expected.
