Dans le cadre de son développement stratégique, le site d’excellence européen de LILLY basé à **Fegersheim** (proche Strasbourg), recrute un

**« **CDD (12 mois) - Process Engineer Packaging Device - H/F **»**

Eli Lilly & Company, **entreprise de santé** de dimension **internationale**, met tout en œuvre pour découvrir de **nouvelles alternatives thérapeutiques** et procurer à ceux qui en ont besoin des **soins de qualité.**

Les **1100 collaborateurs** de notre site de production de Fegersheim (à proximité immédiate de Strasbourg) sont **acteurs de notre ambition** et produisent des **médicaments injectables** contre le **diabète**, **l'ostéoporose**, des **anticorps** **monoclonaux** (notamment en cancérologie) ainsi que des **hormones de croissance**. Nos médicaments sont exportés dans plus de 100 pays. Fort de 50 ans d’expérience en **production pharmaceutique**, le site participe à **l’industrialisation** des **nouveaux produits prometteurs** de Lilly.

**Présentation de l'organisation**:
Vous serez rattaché(e) au département Packaging & Device de la Direction engineering du site.

Les missions principales concerneront les process de conditionnement.

**Responsabilités**:

- Apporter son expertise technique aux équipes de maintenance (techniciens de maintenance, automaticiens etc.) de la zone
- Apporter un support opérationnel au niveau Engineering:

- Coordonner des actions correctives pour sécuriser et garantir la continuité des opérations de production en cas d’évènements atypiques.
- Investiguer les non-conformités à l’aide d’outils méthodologiques (RCA, FMEA).
- Assurer et maintenir l’état qualifié des installations de production:

- Préparer et exécuter la documentation de qualification (DQ, IQ/OQ, etc.).
- Préparer et suivre les essais sur les lignes, analyser et traiter les données issues de ces essais.
- Identifier les sources de productivité et de fiabilisation sur les installations
existantes:

- Proposer des actions pour accroitre la productivité et le niveau de qualité.
- Mettre en place et gérer des actions de fiabilisation pour maintenir les installations en conformité avec le référentiel qualité et avec les standards d’ingénierie.
- Rédiger, coordonner et mener des études/essais dans le cadre de projets, d’actions ou d’initiatives transverses.
- Participer aux projets « nouveaux produits »
- Former le personnel à de nouvelles pratiques à l’aide de modules de formation

**Profil recherché / Connaissances requises**:

- Titulaire d’un **diplôme d’Ingénieur généraliste ou mécanique issu d’une grande école.**:

- Expérience : Première expérience professionnelle en industrie
- Maitrise de l’Anglais (oral et écrit)
