Au sein du département technique de NRF France situé près de Valenceinnes, nous nous concentrons sur le contrôle de la qualité de tous nos produits.
À PROPOS DU POSTE
Vous serez responsable de la phase de vérification des produits, des contrôles de qualité périodiques, de la gestion des plaintes
(garanties et retours commerciaux) et de la résolution des questions techniques des clients et collègues de NRF.
Vous pourrez également soutenir l'équipe en matière de santé et sécurité.
QUE FEREZ-VOUS EN TANT QUE TECHNICIEN QUALITÉ ?
Effectuer des inspections techniques des produits pour garantir la conformité avec la documentation technique, le bon fonctionnement et la qualité d'exécution.
Gérer l'ensemble du processus de garantie et de retours avec les clients.
Superviser et contrôler l'entretien et le nettoyage des équipements et des installations.
Fournir un support technique aux clients.
Offrir une assistance téléphonique sur les problèmes mécaniques, électriques et électroniques pertinents.
QU'APPORTEZ-VOUS EN TANT QUE TECHNICIEN QUALITÉ ?
Intérêt pour l'électromécanique et volonté d'apprendre. Maîtrise de l'anglais écrit et parlé.
Un intérêt pour la mécanique automobile serait un avantage.
Une expérience dans un environnement de fabrication/entrepôt/service client et/ou dans un bureau technique serait un plus.

Vous ferez partie d'une équipe internationale située en France, Pologne, en Espagne, sous la direction du Superviseur Qualité et Garantie en Espagne et du Responsable de l'Entrepôt sur place. Nous encourageons et accueillons vos idées pour des changements positifs et des améliorations. NRF est une entreprise mondiale et votre rôle sera un élément vital de notre équipe internationale.
