**Founded in 1968 in France, Groupe Atlantic grew into one of the**
**leading players in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) industry. With**
**over 13.000 employees worldwide located on 4 continents, 31 industrial sites, 44 commercial sites and 21 brands under its umbrella, the compagny has known a continuous growth over the last years.**
**With a 60 millions euro investment in its new location, GROUPE ATLANTIC Romania wants to create a state of the art facility that offers its employees the best working conditions possible. That is the reason why all the factory equipment will be 100% new. With a total area of 145,000 m², of which 31,000 m² is occupied by buildings, the new factory will produce 2 types of products: electrical water heaters and hot water cylinders for domestic use, under several of the GROUPE ATLANTIC's brands. The production should start in the last quarter of 2024. By 2026, the team working at the location will reach 370 employees.**
To support our development, we are looking for a **Supply Chain Manager (M/F)**.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The Supply Chain manager performs every day upstream, production and downstream flows to deliver the right goods, in the right time, at the right place with right cost and the best conditions.
He/ she has a good vision to prevent any disturbances and avoid over costs by maintaining as much as possible an optimal level of activities.
- In collaboration with the project manager design and set up logistic and transportation processes, install storage infrastructures and handling materials for the plant.
- Key User for SAP S/4 HANA (MM, PP, EWM modules), is involved in the trainings for End users. Is also a Key User of digital solutions for S&OP and manufacturing plan.
- Lead the launching of operational activities: set manufacturing plan based on the forecasts, supply raw materials for the first productions, supply production line and plan first shipments for costumers.
- Manage and follow customer orderbook.
- Optimize and follow up logistics parameters (MOQ, lead times, safety stocks, etc.) regularly with the team and take the lead on action plan to challenge suppliers when is needed with the help of purchasing team.
- Design and follow the storage strategy for raw material and finish goods with the help of warehouse manager.
Adjust the transportation strategy according costs evolution and carrier performances to maintain optimal direct cost for the plant.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Analytical and risk management skills.
- Experienced in warehouse management.
- Know to monitor stock level and logistic parameters.
- Aware of local safety rules and procedures for warehouses.
- General knowledge (Incoterms, container types, ports, legals conditions).
- Accounting and financial, IT, digital skills, management, and leadership.
- Fluent English, good communicator with high verbal and written communication skills
- Experienced in industrial environment.
- Ability to interact with external and internal stakeholders.
- Being able to work under pressure and balance it.
- Intercultural flexibility: being able to work with people from different cultures.
