We are currently in full growth and are looking for our future Sales Manager who will reinforce the Sales team in France.

You work in a sector of activity where innovation and your involvement have a real impact on customer satisfaction but also on your development. You will conquer new customers, maintain the highest quality relationships with our existing customers, and coordinate the multidisciplinary teams internally as a reference in your geographical area.

Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, you:

- Prospect for new customers (telephone, social networks, networks, trade shows/conventions...)
- Manage incoming requests generated by marketing actions (website, trade shows/conferences, webinars, social networks...)
- Develop sales of Virtualis products: innovative therapeutic solutions in virtual reality for the medical field (software and platforms connected to virtual reality)
- Develop and manage a portfolio of varied clients: private practices, hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, etc.
- Exchange with all types of interlocutors: Physiotherapists, Health Executives, PRM Doctors, etc.
- Work in collaboration with the Marketing Team: report all relevant information and deploy actions defined by Marketing
- Create a special relationship with the KOLs in your area.

**Minimum Knowledge**:
We are looking for a commercial temperament and a personality

With a commercial background and a successful experience of 3 to 5 years, you are passionate about the health field and you want to invest yourself in a human-sized company where you will be responsible for your own geographical area.

To thrive in this position, you must:

- Mastering all the sales cycles: prospecting, qualification, elaboration of the offer, negotiation, closing and customer follow-up
- Master and be comfortable with distance selling using all telephone and digital tools
- Know how to work your network to develop sales
- Be agile, with a strong ability to interact with a variety of people
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build customer loyalty
- Be rigorous and organized in order to offer adapted and precise answers
- Be able to create links with internal teams

The position is based in Montpellier, with regular travel throughout France (trade shows, conventions, customer meetings, etc.).
