**Description du poste**
En tant qu'Engineering Manager, vous êtes directement rattaché au Head of Engineering. Votre mission principale est de guider les équipes de développement produit vers l'excellence, en cultivant un esprit d'innovation et en favorisant un environnement où l'autonomie, le leadership et la prise de décision rapide sont encouragés.
Vous êtes responsable de la mise en œuvre des meilleures pratiques de product engineering pour garantir le succès des projets tout en assurant un leadership efficace et une gestion optimale des ressources.
**Missions du poste**:
- Manager et faire grandir les membres de son équipe de développeurs, architectes, QA...
- Piloter et suivre les prestations externes et freelances en collaboration avec les partenaires et le Head of Engineering
- Recruter de nouveaux collaborateurs en fonction des besoins de la roadmap produit et technique
- Créer les conditions pour l’amélioration continue et de l'harmonisation des processus des équipes
- KPI : Maitriser et mesurer la performance de l’équipe
- Organiser et animer les chantiers de cadrage technique et participer à l’élaboration de la roadmap technique
- Assurer l’efficacité du delivery des équipes et les accompagner sur les mises en production, la définition et le respect du SLA
**Leadership et empowerment d'équipe**:
- Développer et soutenir une culture d'empowerment et d'autonomie au sein de l'équipe, permettant à chaque membre de prendre des initiatives et de prendre un vrai owernship sur la résolution des problématiques.
- Recruter des talents hautement qualifiés en ingénierie, en mettant l'accent sur des compétences avancées en product engineering.
- Coacher les équipiers en s'assurer que les équipes sont alignées avec la vision produit et encourager l'innovation et la prise de risque calculée.
**Profil recherché**
**Formation** et expérience**:
Diplômé(e) d'une École d'ingénieur (BAC +5), vous bénéficiez d'une expérience significative et réussie d'au moins 8 ans au sein d'une ESN ou au sein d’un client final.
- Idéalement ancien développeur ou architecte, amoureux de la tech : vous souhaitez mettre à profit votre expérience pour piloter la conception d’architectures fiables et robustes dans un rôle de management
- En veille techno constante : Effectuer des recherches, créer des preuves de concept et introduire de nouvelles technologies à l'équipe. Restez à jour avec les tendances de l'industrie et les technologies émergentes
- Une aptitude à manager : vous savez imposer la confiance aux membres d’une équipe et leur communiquer votre vision stratégique.
