- und Holzindustrie und gehört zur international agierenden und weltweit führenden Biesse Group mit Sitz in Italien. In zwei Niederlassungen in Deutschland (Bayern, NRW) werden neben dem Vertrieb auch die Ersatzteilversorgung sowie der gesamte Servicebereich koordiniert.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Serviceteams suchen wir an unserem Standort in Löhne ab sofort einen Teamleiter / Servicekoordinator CNC für unsere Holzbearbeitungsmaschinen (m/w).

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Deutschlandweite Planung von Technikereinsätzen im CNC- Bereich
- (Inbetriebnahmen, Wartung, Reparatur)
- Terminkoordination mit Kunden und Servicetechnikern hinsichtlich der
- Einsatzplanung
- Planung und Organisation von Vorführungsterminen in unserem Showroom
- Technische Vor
- und Nachbereitung der Serviceeinsätze mit entsprechender
- Maßnahmenplanung auch mit unserem italienischen Mutterkonzern
- Prüfung der Serviceaufträge für eine anschließende Bearbeitung/ Abrechnung
- Verantwortung für ein 15- köpfiges Serviceteam inkl. der Planung von
- Weiterbildungen und Trainingsmaßnahmen

**Ihre Qualifikationen und Kompetenzen**:

- Abgeschlossene Meister
- oder Technikerausbildung idealerweise mit Kenntnissen
- im CNC-Bereich
- Erste Erfahrung in der Führung eines Teams
- Organisationsstärke und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Kundenorientierung und Eigeninitiative sowie ein
- souveränes Auftreten
- Gute PC-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse
