**Qualifications**:
As the Cloud Business Office Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic and operational success of our cloud services within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and lead the Cloud Business Office, which acts as the central hub for all cloud-related activities, including governance, financial management, portfolio management, and stakeholder engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective utilization of cloud resources, optimize costs, and align cloud strategies with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Establish and Lead Cloud Business Office: Develop and implement a comprehensive Cloud Business Office framework to support the organization’s cloud adoption strategy, including governance, policies, processes, and tools. Cloud Financial Management: Develop and manage a financial management framework for cloud services, including budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and monitoring of cloud expenditures. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders to ensure transparency and cost-effective cloud resource utilization. Cloud Portfolio Management: Oversee the organization’s cloud services portfolio, including resource provisioning, service catalog management, and service level agreements (SLAs). Collaborate with stakeholders to define service requirements, prioritize initiatives, and manage demand. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, finance, and senior leadership, to understand their cloud requirements, align cloud initiatives with business goals, and provide guidance on cloud-related matters. Foster strong relationships to drive collaboration and support the successful adoption of cloud services. Cloud Governance and Compliance: Enforce cloud governance policies and standards to ensure adherence to industry best practices, security, compliance, and data privacy regulations. Cloud Strategy and Roadmap: Contribute to the development and execution of the organization’s cloud strategy, in collaboration with the executive team. Define and communicate the cloud roadmap, including milestones, timelines, and key deliverables. Vendor Management: Collaborate with procurement and vendor management teams to evaluate and select cloud service providers, negotiate contracts and pricing terms, and manage vendor relationships. Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to service-level agreements.
