Rattaché.e à la cheffe de service, vous:
- apportez une vision scientifique innovante et de nouvelles pistes de recherche,
- accompagnez le montage de nouveaux projets et en assurez la bonne exécution,
- managez une équipe d’une quinzaine de collaborateurs (ingénieurs, docteurs et techniciens) et favorisez leur développement
Plus particulièrement, vous:
- construisez une roadmap sur la thématique en lien avec la stratégie du CEA,
- créez une cohésion d'équipe,
- assurez la mise en œuvre et le suivi opérationnel des projets de R&D,
- facilitez la transversalité de projets clés au sein du service et au-delà. Vous interagissez avec de nombreux acteurs internes et externe,
- organisez et coordonnez le travail, contrôlez et validez les livrables et la qualité, et définissez le plan de charge du laboratoire,
- managez l’équipe (entretiens individuels, définition des objectifs, développement des compétences, évolution de carrières,...),
- proposez des actions de ressourcement et en assurez la réalisation, en contribuant à la construction du service et à l’identification des partenaires de R&D,
- participez à l’élaboration et à la validation des propositions commerciales (partenaires industriels et institutionnels), en lien avec les développeurs d'affaires du département, et suivez l’exécution des engagements contractuels.
- êtes garant.e de la mise en œuvre du système de management de la qualité et de la mise à disposition des moyens nécessaires à la sécurité des installations et des personnes.

De formation Bac+5 ou docteur, vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie en management opérationnel ou en gestion d’équipe projet, idéalement dans le secteur de la transition énergétique.
L’innovation est l’un de vos moteurs et vous êtes capable de construire une vision scientifique innovante.
Votre leadership et votre capacité à conduire le changement vous permettent de fédérer et de créer une forte dynamique d'équipe autour d’objectifs communs.
Muni.e d'un bon sens relationnel, vous développez des relations durables, constructives et de qualité dans l’intérêt de l’avancement et du déroulement de l’activité.
Enfin, vous faites preuve de très bonnes capacités organisationnelles.
