**Poste et missions**:
Vous rejoignez l’équipe Talent Pool - Institutions Financières au sein de la direction Advisory & Coverage de la Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB). Dans cette équipe, nous travaillons au côté des originateurs seniors dans le marketing et l’exécution de transactions sur l’ensemble des métiers de l’Investment Banking (DCM, SECM, Capital Structure & Rating Advisory et Acquisition & Strategic Finance) auprès des clients « FIG» (banques, assurances).
Au quotidien vous avez pour missions de:
- Réaliser des modélisations financières ;
- Effectuer des analyses de marchés / clients ;
- Produire des présentations à destination des clients.
Les perspectives et points forts du poste:
- Vous participez aux différentes phases des projets concernant des clients et prospects « FIG » de Natixis CIB, de l'origination au closing ;
- Nous proposons de vous former à une vision approfondie des différentes lignes métiers d’une banque d’investissement, incluant un programme annuel de développement des compétences en trois étapes : formation financière diplômante, programme « Walking the talk » (présentations par des seniors managers et des experts sur les différentes lignes métiers) et développement des soft skills ;
- Vous pourrez ensuite évoluer vers l’un des métiers de l’Investment Banking ou au sein de l’Advisory & Coverage.

**Profil et compétences requises**:
À propos de vous : Si vous vous reconnaissez dans la description suivante vous êtes fait pour travailler avec nous
De formation supérieure, vous disposez d'une première expérience en banque d'investissement, agence de notation ou cabinet de conseil / audit (TS, Valuation, Regulatory) sur le secteur des institutions financières (banques, assurances).
Vous maitrisez:
- L’analyse financière et la modélisation ;
- Microsoft Office, et idéalement les logiciels usuels d’une banque d’investissement (Bloomberg, Eikon, CapitalIQ, etc.) ;
- Le cadre prudentiel applicable aux institutions financières et à la gestion de leur bilan ou la méthodologie des agences de notation.
Vous avez un excellent relationnel, une très bonne capacité d’écoute, vous êtes:
- Curieux ;
- Soucieux du détail ;
- À l'aise avec le travail en équipe.
Vous maîtrisez l’anglais avec un niveau B2.
