Dassault Systèmes, « The 3DEXPERIENCE Company », offre aux entreprises et aux particuliers les univers virtuels nécessaires à la conception d’innovations durables. Au sein d'une société à la pointe de la technologie, il est nécessaire pour l'équipe Audiovisuelle de fournir la meilleure expérience possible à l'ensemble de ses interlocuteurs (équipes marketing, communication, clients, XCOM, ainsi que l'ensemble des collaborateurs...) Vous serez basé sur le campus de Vélizy, le siège de Dassault Systèmes, où la plus grande partie des infrastructures audiovisuelles sont présentes (Auditorium, Studio de Tournage, Playground, Cave, Studio de Réalité Virtuelle, Salle Immersive...). Vous ferez partie d'une équipe WW (Asie, US, Europe) multi-compétences (Ingénieurs, Chefs de projet, Techniciens Audiovisuel) et serez sous la responsabilité du Manager WW du service Audiovisuel.
L’impact des nouveaux moyens de collaboration suite à l’essor du télétravail au sein des entreprises a été énorme. Dans ce contexte particulier qui a changé nos habitudes de fonctionnement sur le long terme, les échanges entre les différents collaborateurs se fait dorénavant de manière hybride. Nos collaborateurs recherchent donc des espaces de qualité, innovants et simple pour pouvoir collaborer efficacement. Alors en pleine phase d’essor de l’entreprise mais aussi de restructuration complète de nos différents espaces de collaboration, nous avons besoin à la fois de déployer en très grand nombre ces espaces innovants, mais aussi de challenger l’existant et de réaliser de nombreux tests sur les dernières nouveautés technologiques.
**Vos missions**
Le but de ce stage est de:
- gérer des projets d’envergure en Europe et principalement à Vélizy (définition du cahier des charges, accompagnements des chefs de projets locaux, validation, tests)
- réaliser une étude sur les nouvelles technologies de collaboration des salles de réunions, les avantages, les inconvénients mais aussi les limitations le tout dans un contexte global.
**Vos qualifications**
Etudiant(e) préparant un diplôme de niveau BAC+5, école d’ingénieur ou master universitaire.
- Technologies Audiovisuelles (Smart Office, Codec Video, Audio, Automation, SmartBoard...)
- Maitrise de l'anglais
- Gestion de projet
- Autonome
- Forte motivation pour apprendre et maitriser des technologies nouvelles
- Bonne communication et esprit d'équipe
- Bonne organisation
