Mirova est une société de gestion affiliée de Natixis Investment Managers. Elle développe une approche globale de l'investissement responsable en proposant des solutions sur différentes classes d'actifs : actions, taux, diversifiés, infrastructures et énergies renouvelables, capital naturel, private equity, solidaire.
Avec 28,6 Md€ d'actifs sous gestion à fin 2021, Mirova s'appuie sur plus de 150 collaborateurs à Paris, Londres, Singapour et Boston, avec des perspectives de croissance solides en Europe, Asie comme aux Etats-Unis.
Vous rejoignez la stratégie Sustainable Océans de Mirova en tant qu'Investment Manager. La stratégie est principalement tournée vers les pays émergents sur les grandes thématiques de l'économie bleue: la gestion durable des ressources marines, la lutte contre la pollution marine, contre le changement climatique et la préservation de la biodiversité. Les investissements peuvent être effectués via des instruments de dette (hybride) ou equity.
Au quotidien vous avez pour missions de:
- Suivre les participations ainsi que participer à la création de valeur financière et extra financière en lien avec les directeurs d'investissement et préparer les fichiers de valorisation des entreprises ;
- Participer à la levée du fonds successeur ;
- Participer au screening d'opportunités du fonds successeur, préparer des analyses et conduire des due diligences ;
- Exécuter les transactions (nouvelles ou cessions) avec l'appui d'un analyste et les départements ESG/impact et juridique ;
- Superviser les travaux des analystes junior.
En tant qu'Investment Manager vous participez à la croissance de l'activité "Capital Naturel et Private Equity" de Mirova.

De formation supérieure, vous disposez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans des fonctions de capital investissement, M&A ou assimilés. Une expérience professionnelle ou un goût prononcé pour l'économie bleue et la protection des océans sera fortement appréciée.
Vous maîtrisez:
- L'analyse financière et les techniques de valorisation ;
- Le processus d'exécution de transactions complexes en equity et/ou dette ;
- Le suivi de société de portefeuilles et la participation aux boards.
Vous avez un excellent relationnel, une très bonne capacité d'écoute, vous êtes:
- Doté d'une forte capacité d'analyse et de synthèse ;
- Adaptable et vous aimez le travail en équipe avec des personnes sur fuseaux horaires différents.
Vous maitrisez l'anglais avec un niveau C1. La maitrise de l'espagnol est un plus.
